Malik and April Hegge started King Enterprises in the fall of 2000. The company's first projects consisted of the installation of single and double wide manufactured homes for multiple manufactured home dealers. Because of King Enterprises' excellent customer service and communication, the company was asked to coordinate larger home projects.


In 2002, the company incorporated and began to provide full service modular home and manufactured home construction to a variety of customers including, private homeowners, developers, and government agencies wanting housing for their employees.

Consistency in customer service and dedication to quality construction has resulted in King Enterprises owning, or partnering in the construction of over 100 homes.
